So How Was Last Year? Find Out Via This Documentary.

Úlfur Eldjárn

The art & culture magazine Reykjavík Boulevard has posted up a pretty sweet little documentary filmed at last year’s festival.

They chatted to scene stalwarts like Larus Johannesson from the 12 Tónar record store, composer Ólafur Arnalds and Úlfur Eldjárn of Apparat Organ Quartet about what makes Airwaves so great.

And you can see clips of bands like Samarís, Sin Fang, Cheek Mountain Thief and Mugison mixed in there too. Fancy!
