Reykjavík Grapevine’s Podcast: Airwaves Wednesday Edition!

Stúdenta Duck

The Reykjavík Grapevine podcast is back! And what  better reason for a re-launch than the biggest music festival of the country–Iceland Airwaves! If you ever wondered how Airwaves sounds like, then this is your chance. The Grapevine podcast team, comprising of the lovely Kaisu from Finland and Jonas from Sweden, will bring you the voices of the festival with interviews, music, people and the city itself. Those guys are absolutely everywhere, so make sure to put on a happy face and give a good interview should they accost you downtown!

At Iceland Airwaves, Wednesday marks the grand start of it all. What goes into choosing the favourites out of the massive schedule? How did the off-venue schedule get made? Who should you see or hear tonight? What if you didn’t make it to the festival? How can you experience that stuff?

You are in luck. Kaisu and Jonas, Airwaves first-timers  themselves, give you the hands on experience from the streets and stages. Tune in each day at Grapevine’s website to get the juiciest bits poured right into your ears!
